Our mobile medical clinic is equipped to provide a variety of medical services at the convenience of your home or designated community areas. From telemedicine consultations to in-person medical care, we strive to ensure that you receive the medical attention you need, when and where you need it.
PHYSICALS
LOW LEVEL URGENT CARE
At our clinic, we offer a range of services to meet your needs. We provide sports physicals for $45, camp physicals for $45, school physicals for $75, employment physicals for $75, DOT physicals for $100, and other administrative physicals for $75. These services are typically not covered by health insurance, which is why there is an out of pocket cost. However, annual wellness exams and well woman's exams are covered with no out of pocket cost as they are typically covered by insurance.
At our clinic, we offer low level urgent care services for same-day sick visits (based on availability), sprains, strains, wound care, urinary complaints, skin complaints, and more. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing prompt and efficient care to help you feel better as soon as possible.
TELEMEDICINE
In addition to offering in-home medical care, we specialize in providing telemedicine services, allowing you to consult with our healthcare professionals remotely. Our telemedicine services enable you to receive expert medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment without having to leave your home or workplace. Telemedicine is currently offered statewide in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida.
PRIMARY CARE
The primary care services at Elite Faith Mobile Medical Clinic focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of a wide range of health conditions across the lifespan. Our experienced provider team is here to address your medical concerns and guide you towards better health and wellness.
LAB SERVICES
We offer lab collection services with Quest Diagnostics for patients who already have provider orders, as well as for those who need orders and labs collected. We also offer 12-panel urine drug testing for $25, unless using an in-network insurance. Our mobile clinic provides the convenience of coming to you to order and/or collect your specimen(s).
IN-HOME MOBILE CARE
Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive in-home mobile medical care no matter if it is for a physical, sick visit, lab service, or chronic disease management. Our team has your needs covered. In-home care is currently offered in the Virginia counties of Louisa, Orange, Fluvanna, Greene, Madison, Culpeper, and Albemarle. Some care may be offered in the DC metro area of Maryland; please inquire within.
SCREENINGS
We offer screenings of all types in conjunction with Quest Diagnostics. These screenings include, but are not limited to, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid function, cardiac health, etc.
TB SCREENING & TESTING
The mobile clinic also offers tuberculosis risk screenings for $30, tuberculosis skin testing (PPD) placement for $30 and reading for $20, as well as QuantiFERON Gold blood testing with Quest Diagnostics for $50 unless covered by an in-network insurance.
MEDICATION RENEWAL
We offer one-time medication renewals per 12-month calendar year, unless you become a primary care patient at the clinic. Please note some restrictions may apply.
